Rain, Rain and more rain……Welcoming Spring…. Green grass, flowers and deer, rabbits, woodchucks…
May 25, 2011 by admin.
It’s so nice to see green again. I was on a business trip for a few days and when I got back to our beautiful Hudson Valley I was amazed at how fast everything turned green. Before I left it looked like the nature was still sleeping and just started to wake up. One good rain followed by the few sunny days and the whole valley came alive. It’s amazing how fast we forget the long nasty winter we just left behind.
Well…. it’s finally spring and let’s enjoy this beautiful season where the rain is a welcome sight as long as you have sprayed your perennials and the newly planted annuals with Deer Defeat Repellent. This is the season where it’s most important to start protecting your perennials as soon as they are out of the ground and following up every 6 inches of the new growth. By spraying early you are training the deer, rabbits and woodchucks to stay away from your flower beds. In the Northeast we get steady rains sometimes for a few weeks at a time without a break in the weather. For that reason it’s very important to spray all flowers with Deer Defeat “It Can’t Be Beat” all natural deer and rabbit repellent when weather permitting and….. let it rain….let it rain…… Deer Defeat Repellent will outlast the rain.
I am sharing with you a few pictures from my gardens just waking up. This is the time when the yellow color of the forsythia welcomes the spring; followed by the colorful tulips and lilac. Azaleas are in full bloom at this time as is Oak Leaf Hydrangea. Rhododendrons are just beginning to open up and everywhere you look there is something in bloom….trees, wild flowers, wild honeysuckles….
The singing of the birds in the early morning is cheering us up for a promising beautiful day….
Enjoy your gardening and don’t forget to spray with Deer Defeat “It Can’t Be Beat” all natural deer and rabbit repellent. Please check out our new video on the home page with our customer Peter Ramsey. He was so excited with Deer Defeat Repellent in successfully protecting his flower beds that he called us to see the miracle. Peter lives in the middle of the woods surrounded by deer.
You too will be amazed at how easy it is to achieve gardening success with the help of Deer Defeat “It Can’t Be Beat” all natural deer and rabbit repellent. Happy spring and enjoyable planting.
Thank you for tuning in.
